I’ve steadily built up more than 25 years of experience as a personal trainer. I’ve written books on training, educated other trainers, trained an immense amount myself, and I’m still crazy about it all.

My mission is to make it as easy as possible for you to bring about the results you’re dreaming of. It’s truly possible to reach your goals without living in the gym or saying goodbye to all the good things in life.

There are endless amounts of myths and bad advice out there, and it can be hard to know what works and what doesn’t. But with 10,000 happy clients behind me, I’m willing to lay everything on the line and conclude that this method really works. I’ve seen it work for countless clients as well as for myself.

While I’ve never been overweight, I have experienced feeling unhappy with my body, along with the accompanying low self-esteem. But then one of my friends introduced me to strength training, which sparked a whole new passion, one that would later become my career.

I spent years experimenting to find just the right balance and figure out, among other things, how to train most efficiently. While you might think that the more you train the stronger you become, it turns out that that isn’t the case.

The right formula comprises a healthy balance between training and diet. Among other things, this recipe has led me to achieve top-rankings in eight different fitness competitions over the years. I managed to add a full 55 pounds of muscle to my scrawny, boyish body, and the results came through efficient training – and all completely without the use of any performance-enhancing drugs.

I’ve come to be known as a “transformation specialist”, something of which I’m very proud. There’s nothing that makes me happier than hearing from those who’ve found success with the help of my methods.
