Fortius Fitness was created by two of Denmark’s leading personal trainers, Joan Lang and Kasper V. Christensen (pictured), who have together amassed more than 30 years of experience in training others.

THE STORY BEHIND FORTIUS FITNESS’ EFFICIENT TRAINING
Kasper and Joan have both been through their own sets of struggles with and against their bodies, giving each a personal portal to the world of training.
What they both had in common was that the only solution to offer the results they both wanted was strength training 2-3 times per week and a simple approach to diet.
Kasper was quite a skinny, lanky young man, and this had an effect on his self-esteem.
After years of experimenting, he finally found the right formula for effective exercise and diet. Things picked up fast from there.
Among other achievements, he had soon graced the cover of a fitness magazine and received top-tier rankings in 8 fitness competitions.
All this without the use of performance enhancers, as Fortius Fitness is strongly opposed to such things.
Since then he has coached over 10,000 clients in his effective strategies.
When Joan was younger, she came dangerously close to wearing out her body through circuit training thanks to her job as a group fitness instructor.
The pain reached the point where she had to crawl out of bed in the morning and start seeing a physical therapist regularly.
Seeking help from Kasper, she finally got the strong, healthy, pain-free body she wanted.
This having whet her appetite, she received further education through Kasper before going on to garner – among other things – several prizes in fitness competitions at a mature age and after having given birth three times.
Today she has thousands of happy clients in the books.
